How it works
Press Start, allow the camera when the browser asks, and you are in a video chat. There is no email, no phone number, and no password for the basic loop. If the person is not a match, go to the next stranger. If you want to talk again, add them with a friend code and call later when you are both online.
Video goes browser to browser (peer-to-peer). Ruletka.me does not record the conversation and does not upload the live video to a server you watch it from. A report can include one still. Signaling for matchmaking is separate from the media. A partner can still point a phone at their screen, so the product includes Block, Report, and blur.

Do I need an account?
No. Open the page and press Start. Mail and a phone number are not required.
Where does the video go?
It is peer-to-peer between the two browsers. We do not record it. A report can include one still. Use Block and Report if a partner records or breaks the rules.
Is it 18+?
Yes. You confirm you are 18 or older before the camera starts.
