Ruletka.me · People abroad
Random video chat with people in other places
A shared adult queue, not a country picker. The buttons are in 14 languages. Call one person with a friend code. No sign-up. Free, 18+.
This page does not add a “only this country” button. There is no Ukraine hub, no Poland hub, and no Turkey hub. Those would need their own real pages later. Today you meet whichever adult is free. That person may be far away, or they may share your language. Ruletka.me does not promise a foreign partner and does not invent an online count when the queue is small.
A specific person
Swap a friend code and call when you are both online. The code is a direct video call between two adults. It does not pick a country. Send it in any messenger. A friend call is still 18+. It is not a way to reach a child. Details are on video call with no sign-up.
Interface language
Labels can be English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, Bulgarian, Serbian, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, or Chinese. That setting does not filter the queue. The Russian home stays at /. English is /en/ when you choose it. The browser language does not swap the Russian home by itself.
How a chat starts
Open the chat, confirm you are 18 or older, and allow the camera. One Start button looks for a free adult. No email and no phone number. The basic chat is free. Stars in a call are gifts between people, not a wallet. Video is peer-to-peer. We do not record it. A report can include one still. The other person can still film their screen. Blur, block, and report are in the call. Rules are on the safety page.
If you want language practice, say which language you prefer in the first seconds. There is no mode that searches for a native speaker. If few people are online, invite the person you want with a code.
Russian page: видеочат с иностранцами. Also anonymous video chat and Android.
