Three steps to call a friend

Open Ruletka.me and press Start chatting. On one screen, confirm you are 18 and allow the camera and microphone. Your friend code is in the friends section.
Send the code to the person you want to call. They open the same site, or the Android app, enter the code, and accept. There is no call until both of you confirm the friendship.
When you are both online, press Call. They accept. Video connects directly between the devices. No account, email, or phone number.

No app required

The call works in Chrome, Yandex Browser, Firefox, and Safari. Nothing to install on a computer. Android has an app in RuStore and Google Play if you want an icon. There is no separate iPhone app: open the site in Safari.

Where the video goes

The call is peer-to-peer. We do not store a recording to watch later. A report can include one still. The server only helps the two devices find each other and exchange WebRTC details. If the network cannot connect directly, media may pass through a TURN relay. That channel is encrypted, and we do not save a movie from it.
